Charity Trustees are in the spotlight in two recently published reports by the Public Administration and Constitutional Affairs Committee (“PACAC”): on 1 February 2016 the PACAC published its report entitled: “The Collapse of Kids Company: lessons for charity trustees, professional firms, the Charity Commission and Whitehall” and on 25 January 2016 the PACAC published its report entitled “The 2015 fundraising controversy: lessons for trustees, the Charity Commission and regulators”.
